This is called creating a short cut. It is quite simple and can save you considerable time when starting and ending the game. The first step is to double-click on My Computer to open a window view of your system. Double-click on the disk drive where your game is installed and then down the directory tree until your Game Directory window is open. Scroll this window until you find a file called "Baseball".
Right-click on this file and choose "Create Shortcut". This will place a shortcut file in your Game Directory with an MS-DOS ICON. Right-click on the shortcut and select "Properties". There will be many tab options displayed at the top of this window. We are only interested in two.
Left-click on the "Program" tab and make sure the check-box labeled "Close on exit" has a check mark next to it. Then Left-click on the "Font" tab. Make sure the font size is set to "Auto", at least for the first execution. You can change this later if you don't like the look of the game window. All other default settings should be fine.
Drag the Shortcut to a place on your desktop where you want the ICON to be kept. You can delete the shortcut from the Game Directory since you will only be using the copy on your desktop. You can rename the shortcut by right-clicking on it and selecting "Rename". Type in an appropriate name like "DMB Baseball" or "NARC Baseball".
That's it. Your done. Anytime you want to run the DMB program, just double-click the shortcut on your desktop and the game will start. When you quit the game, the game window will disappear automatically.
From the Hostway online manual anonymous ftp section:
Please note its possible during peak hours to receive a "to many anonymous users error". We must restrict the number of simultaneous anonymous users to keep the webserver and normal FTP performance within normal limits.
When this happens, waiting a minute or so and trying again will generally work. If we find that this becomes a significant problem, we'll have to look at moving the files from the ftp to the web directories.
